Halloween

This year was Matthew's first real Halloween and it was awesome! He was dressed up as a handyman. We almost had a meltdown because the headlamp that attached to the helmet didn't work, but we distracted him with his 'punkin' (his trick or treating pumpkin). One of our neighbors had an awesome party for all the kids. They filled a trailer full of hay bails and took the kids around the neighborhood. Brandon took Matthew on the hay ride and he said that Matthew had the BEST TIME!!! We are trying to teach Matthew manners, so 'please' and 'thank you' are the current focus. So after every house, Brandon would say, "Say thank you Matthew" and Matthew would look at the people and say "Thank you Matthew".

By the end of the night, his face was covered in chocolate and he was deliriously happy. He woke up Saturday asking for his 'punkin'.

And in his latest effort to be just like his daddy, he got all gear-ed up for a bike ride.....

Kyle is doing great and starting to develop his personality. He smiles all the time and just like most babies...loves the ceiling fan. He's a big boy...over 14 lbs already! And he has started sleeping a little better at night. He was waking up at 4am and then sleeping again until 8am! But then we had the darn time change....that is just cruel for babies and thier moms.
